In a deserted region, Victor and his little brother Jimmy are on their own. In the heat of summer, they kill time as best they can with other kids their age.
They form a united band which has invented its own codes. But when Billie, a rebellious young girl, enters Victor’s life, the group’s equilibrium will gradually be broken and Jimmy’s life radically changed.
