So let’s no longer call it New World Order but Brave New World. A little easier to pronounce, in addition to being a nice reference to the original title of “Brave New World” by Aldous Huxley.
Either one of the most famous science fiction novels (dystopia option), which looks at a futuristic and eugenic society, very hierarchical, divided into different castes whose individuals, artificially designed, are biologically and psychologically conditioned in order to guarantee the system stability and continuity. What Steve Rogers was supposed to be, in the eyes of his superiors, in The Winter Soldier or Civil War for example. Brave New World should therefore take up the main themes, with Sam Wilson (Anthony Mackie) as the new owner of the shield. And this idea of biological alteration in order to maintain an established order is perhaps what will lead Thaddeus Ross to become the Red Hulk.
