Sound of Freedom

After rescuing a young boy from ruthless child traffickers, a federal agent learns that the boy’s sister is still captive and decides to save her too.
A Christian thriller about a former federal agent who saves children from exploitation.
And the main character is inspired by Mormon Tim Ballard, a former agent, controversial conservative activist and conspirator.
The film is not bad, nothing more, a moving end and a cast that does the job.
Jim Caviezel is still as good as ever, but too bad he’s completely screwed up in real life.
There is nothing to worry about this film, it does not deserve it, cinematographically speaking.
The subject is not unknown and the film brings absolutely nothing more to that.
The plot is written to entertain to a minimum. It looks and nothing more.
The subject is strong and serious so it marks the spirits a little but the film is far from being a high quality cinematographic work.
A film not bad, nothing more and that’s already a lot.
But this feature film presents erroneous descriptions of human trafficking.
I am as distressed as the director of the abject political appropriation of the American far right and conspiracies via the main actor who has accompanied the film since its conception began in 2017.
QAnon conspirators including Jim Caviezel and Tim Ballard as well as the American far right use the promotion of this film as a political platform to convey their conspiracy theories.
This is why this film is so controversial.
